The Annual Care Plan includes an initial consultation, an annual visit, and any follow-up visits requested by the treating provider. You will have unlimited access to an expert patient care coordinator who understands your care and needs
Because each medication is compounded specifically for you, returns and refunds are not allowed.
Cold-pack medications are tested for up to 7 days without refrigeration. That said, please report any issues (missing, damaged, or compromised packages) within 48 hours, along with photos.
